Vintage industrial trolley, great for storage, as a side table or shop display, or for use in an office.

Blue painted, very heavy, solid metal with castors.

Overall, in good vintage condition.  Some minor scuffs here and there, commensurate with age, but please bear in mind this has come from an industrial setting. The finish is naturally distressed.
