Set of 4 DSW side chairs designed by Charles Eames and made by Herman Miller in the late 50s/early 60s. Colours are light greige, seafoam green, terracotta and black. Original fibreglass shells mounted on shockmounts with walnut dowel bases.
The contemporary version of this chair (manufactured by Vitra) is made of polypropylene, which in our opinion, is not a patch on these original fibreglass models, which age beautifully.
These can also be supplied on oak dowel bases or maple bases, if you would prefer or metal Eiffels bases.
In very good overall condition, with just a couple of very small scuffs here and there to the edges of the shells, in keeping with their age, but nothing noticeable.
