Eames Herman Miller DAW chair in elephant hide grey

Original 1950s Charles Eames DAW chair. Original elephant hide grey fibreglass arm shell on a new dowel base.

The contemporary version of this chair is made of polypropylene, which in our opinion, is not a patch on these original fibreglass models, which age really well.

In good vintage condition.  No chips or cracks in the fibreglass.  The shockmounts are in good condition.  Some minor scuffs here and there on the shell but nothing serious.

This can also be supplied on a rocking base with walnut/birch runners or a metal Eiffel base.

At time of listing we have two of these beautiful chairs.
