Set of 4 DSW side chairs designed by Charles Eames and made by Herman Miller in the late 50s/early 60s. Original fibreglass weave shells in the following colours (left to right in first image): elephant grey, parchment (off-white), light ochre and lemon yellow.

The contemporary version of this chair is made of polypropylene, which in our opinion, is not a patch on these original fibreglass models, which age beautifully.
All with original Herman Miller stamp. Mounted on new, high quality walnut dowel bases (these chairs can alternatively be supplied on maple bases, if you would prefer).
In very good overall condition, with just a couple of very small scuffs here and there to the edges of the shells, in keeping with their age and some slight discolouration to the seat of the light ochre chair, but nothing noticeable.
A stunning set of chairs - a totally classic, very collectable set.
