Grete Jalk 1960s teak lounge chair made by France & Son Denmark with green boucle upholstery

Lovely teak Grete Jalk for France & Son lounge chair made in the 50s/60s, with spring-loaded cushions newly upholstered in green boucle fabric.  Beautiful sculpted arms.

Approximate dimensions: height 70.5cm, depth 74cm, width 76cm. 

Condition-wise, its been fully restored sanded and waxed. There are some minor signs of wear, commensurate with age - a few scuffs etc, but no specific wear to mention.  The wood is in good condition with a great patina, with no breaks or cracks.  The upholstery is new.

A lovely example of Danish design, increasing hard to get hold of.
