Set of 4 vintage Marcel Breuer Cesca chairs

Set of 4 vintage Cesca style chairs designed in 1928 by Marcel Breuer and manufactured from the 1950s. This set is made up of two pairs of matching chairs which are ever so slightly different to each other, although the differences are not very apparent and they still work as a set of four.

Described as being "among the 10 most important chairs of the 20th century", by Cara McCarty at MOMA, many of us will have grown up with these chairs.

Cantilevered tubular steel frame and beech and cane inset.

In good vintage condition.
