Set of 4 vintage Cesca chairs designed in 1928 by Marcel Breuer and manufactured from the 1950s in Italy by Gavina (later Knoll).

Described as being "among the 10 most important chairs of the 20th century," by Cara McCarty at MOMA, many of us will have grown up with these chairs.

Cantilevered tubular steel frame and ebonised hardwood beech and cane inset.

In good vintage condition.
