Set of 4 original side chairs designed by Harry Bertoia in the 1950s for Knoll International.  

As Knoll say: "Innovative, comfortable and strikingly handsome, Harry Bertoia's side chair's delicate filigree appearance bellies its strength and durability".

As Bertoia said: "If you look at these chairs, they are mainly made of air, like sculpture.  Space passes right through them."

Brilliant.

Welded steel with rods in a black powder coated finish. In good vintage condition, with some slight paint loss here and there but nothing serious. These were bought from the original owner.  

76 cm H x54 cm Wx54 cm D.

For international shipping the chairs will be sent disassembled for safety.
