Rare chrome low back black leather Falcon chair designed by Sigurd Resell and made by Vatne Mobler of Norway in the 1970s.

The chair has a powder coated chrome base which is an X shape.  The leather is in good condition for its age with no rips or tears; there is some age-related wear but nothing really noticeable. The base is also in good condition with a few slight scuffs, again, to be expected with its age, but nothing that detracts. 

The hammock style floating seating has become a design classic and is super comfortable. There are a couple of small holes in the underside of the canvas but these do not affect the chair and are cosmetic only.

A great, collectable piece. These chairs have rocketed in value in the last few years.
